What We Require for Special Items

Most junk can be hauled away as-is, but some items need special preparation to ensure safe and legal disposal. At Bubba’s Junk Removal, we make it easy by letting you know in advance what’s required.

Appliances

• 🧊 Refrigerators & Freezers
  • Must have Freon professionally removed and tagged before pickup.
• 🔌 Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Ovens
  • Should be disconnected from water, gas, or electric lines before our crew arrives.

Electronics (E-Waste)

• 📺 TVs & Monitors
  • Please set aside fragile screens to avoid breakage.
• 💻 Computers, Laptops, & Small Devices
  • Remove any personal data if desired.
• 🔋 Batteries
  • Large lithium or car batteries are not accepted; must go to a recycling facility.

Furniture

• 🛋️ Oversized Furniture (Sectionals, Bed Frames)
  • Disassembly recommended if items won’t fit through doorways or stairwells.
• 🛏️ Mattresses & Box Springs
  • Must be free of major infestations (bedbugs, etc.) for health safety.

Yard Debris

• 🌳 Tree Branches & Brush
  • Bundled if possible for faster removal.
• 🗑️ Bagged Leaves/Grass
  • Should be contained in standard trash bags.

Hazardous Items (Not Accepted)

• ❌ Paint, chemicals, oils, fuel, propane, or asbestos.
• ❌ Medical or biohazard waste.
• ❌ Pressurized or combustible materials.

(For these, we’ll guide you to the Stella Roberts Recycling Center or appropriate disposal site.)
